This Park and Recreation Month, we want to highlight the stories of how our city is stronger, more vibrant and more resilient because of our parks and recreational activities. For the first time in the City’s history, City Council proclaimed July as Park and Recreation Month. We are encouraging park and recreation patrons to tell us their special stories, memories and experiences created in our very own parks or any state/national parks. Along with any recreational activities you enjoy.
Parks are at the center of so many experiences and memories. Share your memories and experiences with us by emailing them to email@example.com. Send your photos as well. We will showcase the submission on the City’s webpage and or social media page. This year for Park and Recreation Month, we want to hear your stories about what parks and recreation mean to you. Videos and pictures are welcomed.
