Permit Fees
The following is a list of permit fees. If you have any questions regarding permit fees, please contact Heather Weidenbach.
Remodel (interior/exterior) - Residential $5.00; Commercial based on valuation of work.
Foundation - Residential $5.00; Commercial based on valuation of work.
Fence - Residential $5.00; Commercial based on valuation of work.
Fire Suppression System -based on valuation of work.
Pools/Spas - based on vaulation of work.
New Construction Residential and Commericial Permits - based on valuation of work. (Plan review fees are applied. The plan review fee is one-half of the permit fee).
Commercial Signs - based on valuation of work. |
Mechanical Permit - $30.00 + $10.00 per $1,000 of valuation or a fraction thereof.
Roof Permit - Residential $5.00
Commericial - based on the valuation of work.
Irrigation Permits - $38.30 + $1.00 per head.
