Contractor Requirements
The City of Windcrest requires all contractors to register their company with us. When registering your company please submitt the following information to our offices

| $20.00 Registration Fee (renewed annually) |
| Copy of General Liability Insurance |
Copy of License: i.e. Master Plumber, Master Electrician, Master Mechanical;
any other State License and if applicable City of San Antonio License. |
Building Permit Requirements
When submitting a building permit for additions, accessory buildings, new construction, foundation repairs, fences, irrigation systems, garages, carports, pools and spas please submitt two (2) sets of plans, copy of a survey/plat of the property, and a copy of the signed contract for residential and commericial jobs. PERMITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY FAX.
