General Court Information
Court Room Attire and Conduct
Proper courtroom attire is required when you appear before the Municipal Court Judge. Anyone who is dressed inappropriately will be asked to leave. The following is not allowed in the courtroom: torn or cutoff jeans, shorts, muscle shirt, and t-shirts with obscene or offensive messages. Shoes are required and hats must be removed. Cell phones and pagers must be silenced or turned off. Due to limited seating anyone who is not a defendant will be asked to wait outside of the facility, except for parents accompanying minors. Food and drinks are not allowed in the court room.

Check in for a court appearance starts 4:00 PM and court sessions will begin promptly at 5:30 PM on the date on your citation. The Windcrest Municipal Court is only in session the first three Tuesdays of every month. The Judge is not available every day of the week, he is only here when court is in session.

The Windcrest Municipal Court is a court of record and all proceedings are recorded.
