Please allow 3 business days for the court to process your citation before you contact the court  to resolve the citation. You may resolve your citation prior to your court date. A court appearance may only be done by the defendant or the defendant's attorney.

If you are unable to make your scheduled court appearance, you may request a continuance in person or through the mail. For instructions about requesting a continuance, or general Municipal Court questions click here. Please be sure to do so before your original scheduled court date. 

Failure to appear on or before your court date will result in the filing of additional charges and issuance of a warrant for your arrest. If you suspect that a warrant has been issued because of your failure to appear, click here to contact the Warrant Clerk.

Check in for a court appearance starts 4:00 PM and court sessions will begin promptly at 5:30 PM on the date on your citation. The Windcrest Municipal Court is only in session the first three Tuesdays of every month. The Judge is not available every day of the week, he is only here when court is in session.
