Mike Brenan is the City of Windcrest's Attorney. The City Charter, Section 5.03 defines the appointment, compensation and duties of the City Attorney. Some of Mr. Brenan's duies are: the legal advisor of all departments and offices of the City of Windcrest; drafting city ordinances and resolutions; contract preparation and review; and the legal interpretation of State and Federal Laws.
