As we began to move forward with redevelopment of the city, it was apparent that there was a need for a public relations person, in 2007 a Public Relations project was created to do numerous things: create a positive image for the city of Windcrest, design and implement a new and interactive website, handle media relations, improve community relations.  This project has multiple funding sources including the WEDC, HOT tax and the city of Windcrest.
