If your garbage/recycling collection has been missed, please call Allied Waste Customer Service first at (210)648-5222. This will allow Allied Waste to make a special pick-up arrangement.

The following form should be filled out after contacting Allied Waste Customer Service, so that City of Windcrest Staff can follow-up with you about resolution of the issue. Please complete the form as completely as possible.
